FULLFILLING ORDERS
The production period on pre-order items can take anywhere from 2 up to 4 months. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. All pre-order items are marked as such on the listing.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders will be shipped from the Netherlands. Standard shipping is non-tracked. You can add tracked shipping at check-out.
Orders may take anywhere between 1 to 8 weeks to arrive due to international travel. If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks, please contact TsunaShop and we'll look into a solution together. If non-tracked shipping was chosen, orders will not be replaced free of charge.
READY TO SHIP & PREORDERS
Any items in the 'ready to ship' category will be shipped out before the shop closes again. If a ready to ship item is combined with a preorder item, the order will not be shipped until the preorder item has been produced.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
TsunaShop will not accept returns of any kind. Refunds will only be given either before the order is fulfilled and TsunaShop has been sufficiently contacted or after discussion with TsunaShop.
